Our 'service providers' go through an initial qualifying process and then must meet the standards and expectations of ComTech Services.

This enables ComTech Services to provide the best technician for each job and for each Service partner. The technicians we use are at least A+ certified and have a wide range of skills which allows ComTech Services the ability to handle all your service needs.

Also, this philosophy allows ComTech Services flexibility. We have redundancy in major metropolitan cities and customer critical locations. If you are not happy with a technician's performance, we can replace that technician with another qualified field engineer. This also permits ComTech Services to move with the technicians. ComTech is able to keep the best technicians wherever they go.
