- Standard Next Day Response Service

  • ComTech Field Engineer arrives on-site, during normal business hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), the day after a service request is placed.

- 9x5/4-Hour Response Service

  • ComTech Field Engineer arrives on-site within four hours of the service call placement, during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm).

- 24x7/4-Hour Response Service

  • ComTech Field Engineer arrives on-site within four hours of the service call placement, during the customer's normal hours of coverage and beyond normal business hours.

- 24x7/2-Hour Response Service

  • ComTech Field Engineer arrives on-site within two hours of the service call placement, during the customer's normal hours of coverage and beyond normal business hours.

When increased response times are needed ComTech dedicates qualified technicians to each site which enables ComTech to meet any response time necessary. Our dedicated technicians are strategically placed in areas close to each site and are available at a drop of a hat.
