It allows ComTech Services to update and document the steps taken for each call. The software also allows reporting for all service requests and for each specific service partner. With the reporting in place, ComTech Services is able to send you a physical report for each call attached with your invoice. The field service report will document the call from start to finish and will show the steps taken to successfully complete the service request.
