- Standard Next Day Response Service

  • ComTech Field Engineer arrives on-site, during normal business hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm), the day after a service request is placed.
  • On-site technician to troubleshoot and replace unit if necessary.

- 9x5/4-Hour Response Service

  • ComTech Field Engineer arrives on-site within four hours of the service call placement, during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm).
  • On-site technician to troubleshoot and replace unit if necessary.

- 24x7/4-Hour Response Service

  • ComTech Field Engineer arrives on-site within four hours of the service call placement, during the customer's normal hours of coverage and beyond normal business hours.
  • On-site technician to troubleshoot and replace unit if necessary.

- 24x7/2-Hour Response Service

  • ComTech Field Engineer arrives on-site within two hours of the service call placement, during the customer's normal hours of coverage and beyond normal business hours.
  • On-site technician to troubleshoot and replace unit if necessary.
