We understand that we will be assigned mission-critical, front-line responsibility for the Client. ComTech is designed to provide local help desk support for all customers in the designated region, each collecting and maintaining a repository of information for each customer in the particular region of the world. In addition, ComTech has implemented consolidated Customer Support Center, which is staffed to support all help desk customers and includes a centralized help desk database containing all problems and resolutions for every Help Desk Customer ComTech Services supports. The Help Desk is shared among our Help Desk technicians, Systems Engineers, and other support staff. Classified and proprietary information is appropriately protected against unauthorized access. This approach provides cost-effective utilization of Help Desk resources by streamlining processes, eliminating redundant work efforts and sharing best practices.

ComTech has established overall Help Desk practices and metrics, which has become a corporate standard, surpassing industry standards, ensuring compliance to all customer requirements.
