CTPS combines
our industry knowledge and experience to your specific product/s. We begin
by working directly with your services group to determine coverage, services
required, level of involvement (end user) and responsibilities. We learn
your business processes, procedures and how you want us to represent you
in your customer base. From there, we train a select group of our staff
on your products and begin to develop SME (Subject Matter Experts). SME's
then extend the training into our national workforce. All of this is executed
with your approval and participation. Our goal is to provide you with
an extensive services workforce that is truly an extension of your staff.
